Here are some photos I took last night at the Ultra Music Festival in Bicentennial Park, Miami Beach. The whole day of being down there was an experience. Apart from the fear of the entire festival being rained out, our gear is currently en route to us, by way of the Titanic. We played on all rented/borrowed gear, and just hoped for the best. It went over pretty well…I think.
The rest of the bands/djs were all amazing, highlighted by David Guetta w/ help from Will.I.Am. and Tiesto.
Heading out tonight, Buffalo/Niagra Falls tomorrow.

We had a quick rehearsal/make sure all our gear still works/make new cables/try out new amps/drum-a-thon yesterday to get ready for our UK tour.
We’ve got a beautiful bus, more crew than I can count, and some snazzy lights. This is going to be a fun one.
Also, we’re FINALLY playing Botanique in Brussels tonight!
See you in the next couple weeks, all dates here: www.myspace.com/passionpitjams

Once there was a gingerbread man,
Baking in a gingerbread pan.
Raisin eyes and a cherry nose,
Trimmed right down to his fingers and toes.
A gingerbread man in a gingerbread pan!
January 13th won’t exist for us. We leave Jan. 12, and arrive in Auckland Jan. 14. Sixteen hours ahead of NY. What does this mean for us further down the line? Will we come back from the other side of the world younger than when when we left? Or will we come back aged 10 years with skin turned to leather from the hot Austrailan sun? Time travel is a fickle bitch - Ian
